TECHCROW TECHNOLOGY

Privacy policy

Effective 6 October 2026

Techcrow technology operates Relay Support, a company-based support platform. Our current pilot includes OT and SK and support for the OyeTalk Pakistan Facebook Page. Each customer company controls its own support workspaces. Contact us at work@techcrow.org about this policy or your information.

Information we process

Website chat collects the name, email address and messages you submit. Facebook Messenger supplies Page identifiers, a Page-scoped sender identifier, message text, timestamps and delivery events. Our team may add internal notes, tags, status and assignment information. Staff account details, company membership, invitation records and security/audit records support access control. Email/password accounts store salted password hashes; we do not store plaintext passwords. Invitations and recovery links are stored as hashes with an expiry. New company accounts verify email ownership before signing in. We send account invitations, verification and password-recovery emails.

When a Page manager connects Facebook, Meta asks for access to list managed Pages, manage Page messaging and subscribe to Page events. Relay stores the selected Page name, identifier and an encrypted Page access token on the server. Temporary authorization data is retained for up to ten minutes. We do not ask customers for Facebook passwords.

How we use information

We use this information to receive and answer support requests, maintain conversation history, assign work to staff, investigate delivery problems, protect accounts and provide basic support statistics. The pilot is human-operated: AI replies, AI summaries and AI training on your conversations are not enabled. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.

Who can access it

Authorized staff can access conversations in their assigned workspaces. Service providers that host and operate Relay process information for these purposes, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting/database infrastructure. Meta processes Facebook communications under its own policies. Resend processes account-email recipients and the private invitation, verification or recovery links needed to deliver account emails. Customer conversation text is not included. Missed-chat email alerts are not enabled.

Service providers may process information outside your country. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Storage and security

We use HTTPS, individual staff accounts, workspace access controls and server-side encryption for Facebook Page tokens. Website visitors keep a conversation token in browser storage; staff use a session cookie. These are needed to access the chat or workspace. Company Owners manage staff access and can download backups containing private chat records and visitor access tokens. Avoid sending passwords, full payment-card numbers or identity documents in chat.

Retention and your choices

Conversation history is retained until the team removes it; the pilot does not yet apply an automatic conversation-retention period. Database recovery snapshots are pruned after 14 days after saved changes. Separate exported backups require manual handling by the operator. Disconnecting a Page stops the connection but does not itself erase conversation history.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing work@techcrow.org. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request concerns your data. Information required for legal obligations or security investigations may need to be retained; we will explain applicable exceptions. See data-deletion instructions for what to include. Removing Relay from Facebook does not erase messages held by Meta or other participants.

Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. This policy describes the current human-operated SaaS preview.
